Rosé is poured all day off the signature Rosé Cart, featuring the signature Summer House Rosé, with an extensive wine and handcrafted cocktail list. It includes Cali-style tacos, fresh salads and vegetable plates, housemade pasta and pizzas crafted with California-milled flour, entrees from the live-fire wood grill, and more. The California-inspired menu is reminiscent of the overall Summer House brand and features simple ingredients sourced from local grower partnerships and sustainable products. Upon opening in late 2023 at the new Durango Casino & Resort in southwest Las Vegas, the restaurant will offer lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch services with both indoor and outdoor dining options.
